Spotty Princess Skirt
This skirt will definately make your little girl feel like a Princess. It is made from soft tulle in various shades of pink, with little pink spots scattered throughout the layering. It has a large satin bow as a feature around the waist which can be worn at either the side or back. Around the waist also is tiny little bows that have been tied with long ribbons dangling down.
